1. About This Site
This website is operated by Pipe Well Plumbing ("Pipe Well", "we", "us") — 16954 Ventura Blvd., Suite 100, Encino, CA 91436. By using this site you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What We Do
Pipe Well markets plumbing services and books customer appointments that are performed by independent, licensed plumbing contractors in our network. Pipe Well is not the licensed contractor of record for jobs performed by network contractors; the contractor who performs your work contracts with you directly, under their own license and insurance.
3. For Contractors
Contractors who apply to join the network are governed by the Nationwide Plumbing Partner Services Agreement, including its revenue-share and payment terms. The share is 50% of the job after materials — Pipe Well is paid 50% of what's left after the contractor's documented material costs are deducted, and only after the customer has paid the contractor.
The calculation is (amount collected from customer − documented material cost) × 50% = Pipe Well's share. Materials must be documented with receipts or supplier invoices uploaded with the job; undocumented materials are not deducted. Labor, overhead, truck, fuel and taxes are not deducted and come out of the contractor's half. Payment is due within 48 hours after the contractor receives the customer's payment. There is no fee to join, no monthly subscription and no per-lead fee, and nothing is owed if the customer never pays. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; service areas are limited.

Information on this site (including prices, cost ranges, statistics, and examples) is provided for general information only and is not a binding quote, guarantee of availability, earnings promise, or professional advice. Final pricing is set by the contractor performing the work.
5. Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number or email through this site, you consent to receive communications related to your request, as described at the point of collection. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not a condition of service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access data that is not yours.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, its content, logos, and branding are owned by Pipe Well Plumbing and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipe Well is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
